Our goal is to augment team members’ understanding of organizational dynamics, provide career guidance, professional development, and most importantly, personal growth. At TherEX, we strive to ensure the satisfaction and fulfillment of all our team members.

How the TherEX Mentoring Program Works

The TherEX Mentoring Program is a resource available to all TherEX team members. It is an informal program designed to assist in providing perspective about daily circumstances, professional expectations, patient care issues and other areas that our professionals feel are important.

Though based on an informal structure, certain structured activities are integral to the success of the program. These structured activities include:

  • Monthly conference calls conducted by the Clinical Operations Department to discuss therapy “hot topics” such as patient care items, documentation issues, scheduling, time management recommendations, productivity, and management.
  • New TherEX team members are paired with Senior TherEX team members. These senior team members are available for discussions about patient care issues, recommendations about a myriad of topics, and to nurture and support professional education and growth opportunities of our team members. They may not be located at the same facility, but are available through phone and e-mail interactions; and occasionally personal, on-site meetings.
