How the TherEX Mentoring Program Works

The TherEX Mentoring Program is an informal program available to all our team members. The program is designed to provide perspective about daily circumstances, professional expectations, patient care issues and other areas that our professionals feel are important.
 
While our structure is informal, we believe some elements are integral to the success of the program.
 

• Monthly conference calls with the Clinical Operations Department to discuss therapy “hot topics” such as patient care items, documentation issues, scheduling, time management recommendations, productivity, and management.
• Mentor Assignments – new team members are paired with senior TherEX team members who are available to discuss patient care issues and offer recommendations about a myriad of topics. They nurture and support professional education and growth opportunities of our team members. And though they may not be located at the same facility, they are available by phone, e-mail, and occasionally personal, on-site meetings.
