Virgil Hockersmith, Chief Operating Officer Virgil has over 30 years experience in the rehabilitation services industry overseeing clinical systems, operations, and development. As a previous co-founder of a public company, he has extensive experience with start-up companies and has successfully reengineered business turn-arounds. As a member of the Senior Management team, he is responsible for operations, clinical operations, facility design policy and procedures and implementation of specialized programs. |

Harry Fisk , Chief Financial Officer As an investment banker for more than ten years prior to joining TherEX, Harry brings a unique skill set to our team. His broad industry experience, while healthcare focused, includes business services, manufacturing, information technology, financial services, transportation, and consumer goods to name a few. Harry has raised private debt and equity capital for numerous companies, and he has advised clients in both sell-side and buy-side transactions. His experience includes bankruptcy where he has advised in debtor-in-possession financings as well as Section 363 sales. Throughout his professional career, Harry has developed a reputation for tenacious and creative problem solving in achieving goals . |
